Compression springs

We develop cold-formed compression springs with wire diameters ranging from 0.15 mm to 8 mm. Each production cell operates with a computerized system directly linked to the machines, helping to resolve problems in the shortest possible time, providing statistical process control information for traceability and maintenance. Our machines are equipped with control and adjustment elements (vision camera control), enabling us to achieve the desired zero defects with these technologies. We develop all types of compression springs: conical, biconical, variable pitch, with ground ends, etc. Valve springs are a specialty within the compression spring family. Their manufacturing demands are high, requiring strict controls for surface defects.

Torsion springs

Torsion springs These springs exert their force in a circular arc. They are used to transmit radial forces or torsional moments. We can find them in automotive parts, locks, toys, clamps, textile machinery, weapons, bicycles, steel furniture, electrical items, among others. This type of spring comes in countless shapes. They are also produced in different types of terminals and hooks.

At ETAR, we specialize in torsion springs of a wide variety of shapes, from double tension to coils to single torsion springs, all with the strictest requirements. Our CNC (computer numerical control) torsion machines achieve a working range of 0.20 mm to 8 mm wire diameter. Poka-yoke devices are specially designed to prevent errors in parts that require it due to their severity in the event of a failure.

Strap springs

The strap springs It can be found in various uses, locks, sanitary accessories, auto parts and various products such as retractable.

Tension springs

We can produce tension springs With diameters ranging from 0.15 mm to 6 mm, they have German, English, American, and special-shaped hook ends. Their ends include simple or extended eyelets, hooks or eyelets at different distances from the spring body, enlarged or reduced eyelets, threaded parts, etc. We have CNC (computer numerical control) machines, robotic equipment, and control sensors, along with our "SQC real-time" system, which allows us to guarantee quality products in the shortest possible time. Tension springs are designed to absorb and accumulate energy by creating resistance to a tensile force. All coils are active, and the initial tension is what keeps them firmly tightened.

Piece of wire

With over 50 years of experience, we specialize in lightweight stamping dies and complex 2D and 3D parts, working with wires from 0.2 mm to 11 mm. We manufacture clips, locks, clamps, washers, copper rods, and coils for various industries, utilizing CNC machines and advanced production techniques. Our capabilities include custom springs with wires tailored to different tension and application needs.

Sheet metal stamped parts

We use our own die-casting facilities to develop stamped parts in strip, sheet steel, brass, and stainless steel for various applications and assembly components. We specialize in electrical contact parts, clips, and all-purpose fasteners.

Set of soldiers

We manufacture welded wire and sheet metal parts for car seat and interior structures, grilles for household appliances (stoves, ovens, and refrigerators), and other parts for general industry.

Assembly of subassemblies

We make sub-assembly parts for washing machines and different models of clamps.
