MATERIAL · SCHEDULE · DESTINATION

Clear terms for quotations and supply.

Material, operations, tooling and quantities shape the quotation. The schedule, packaging and destination define how deliveries are organized.

PREPARE YOUR REQUIREMENT

Three inputs for a useful quotation.

  1. The component

    Specification, material and acceptance criteria.

  2. The schedule

Batch quantity, expected consumption and timing.

  3. The destination

    Packaging, identification and receiving requirements.

01 / SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS

A shared basis for comparing quotations.

Compare proposals against the same part definition, preparation scope and delivery requirements. The review needs to distinguish in-house manufacturing, purchased items and third-party work, as well as included items and those needing an additional condition or approval.

02 / SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS

Raw material linked to the project.

ETAR also uses imported raw materials. Selection depends on the specification, supporting documentation and required planning. Alternative materials or origins are assessed and submitted for approval where applicable.

  • Agreed material
  • Applicable documentation
  • Identification and purchasing needs
  • Change management

03 / SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS

What changes when the schedule changes.

Batch quantity and delivery frequency are different inputs. The schedule supports purchasing and manufacturing planning on that basis. Demand or revision changes require consideration of available material, work in progress and preparation before setting new terms and an implementation point.

  1. Delivery quantity and expected demand

  2. Frequency and destination

  3. Affected material and work in progress

  4. Revision and change implementation point

04 / INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY

Domestic and international assessment.

For operations outside Argentina, share the destination and receiving requirements. The proposal considers documentation, transport and responsibilities applicable to that transaction.

PROJECT QUESTIONS

Before defining the quotation.

Is there a minimum order quantity or fixed lead time?

Quantities and lead times are assessed against the component, material, operations, tooling and preparation needed. Share your expected volume, frequency and target dates to define quotation and delivery terms for the specific project scope. These conditions form part of the technical and commercial review.

What is reviewed when a drawing changes during supply?

We identify the new revision and assess its effect on material, operations, inspection and supply conditions. Stock from the previous revision and affected documentation are also reviewed. Validation and implementation timing are agreed according to the change and the responsibilities defined for the project.
