PARTS THAT NEED TO WORK TOGETHER

Subassemblies.

We build subassemblies around their function, assembly drawing and interfaces. The proposal specifies who supplies each component, which operations are included and how the finished assembly is verified.

MANUFACTURING EXAMPLESYour specification defines the component.

Where the assembly scope starts and ends.

  • Parts and assembly references

  • Interfaces and movement

  • Included operations

  • Finished subassembly acceptance

Read the assessment criteria

The assembly drawing and component list identify what ETAR receives and what it needs to deliver. Specify interfaces, movements and checks for the finished subassembly, distinguishing them from validation of the equipment it joins.

Agree who supplies each component.

  • Source and revision of each part

  • Receiving requirements

  • Quantities and schedule

  • Responsibilities and changes

Read the assessment criteria

The proposal identifies ETAR-manufactured parts, customer-supplied components and other agreed procurement. We define receiving requirements and responsibilities to organize availability, operations and revision changes.

What needs checking before delivery.

Subassembly acceptance requires defining checks for incoming parts and after assembly. Samples, dimensional or functional checks and records are selected around that scope. Delivery presentation needs to consider how the assembly will be received and used.

YOUR PROJECT

From your specification to a proposal.

Drawing and revision, material and quantities are the starting point for reviewing manufacture, inspection and supply.
