Technical discussion
Communicate material or requirements, functional dimensions, ends, load and travel at specific points, quantity, environment, and expected life. A drawing, installation sketch, or sample helps resolve ambiguity before quotation.
Acceptance
Agree which dimensions and loads will be measured, by what method, in what condition, and against which acceptance criteria. A preliminary calculation does not replace samples, inspection, application validation, or formal design approval.
